THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS ARE ELIGIBLE TO JOIN AS MEMBERS:

Wineries who produce at least one wine made from fruit grown in the Anderson Valley appellation, or wineries who operate in the surrounding viticultural area in Mendocino County.
Vineyard Growers who grow grapes in the Anderson Valley appellation.
Associate Organizations that serve the wineries and growers in the Anderson Valley, such as lodging, dining establishments, vendors, attractions and professional services.

AVWA MEMBERSHIP ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES TO OCCUR IN SUPPORT OF OUR MISSION

Develop awareness for the region as a premier grape growing region in the North Coast of California wine country

Ensure there is a clear and consistent brand representing the grape quality and wine quality of the region

Promote the geographical location as a desired place for individuals to visit and develop loyalty towards

Brand visibility through events, digital marketing, print assets, and consumer outreach

Provide member education, tools, best practices, opportunities, training, and strategy in addition to other activities

Create and sustain relationships within the wine industry and immediate wine community to improve our efficacy

Build relations with regional advocates to advance efforts and cross-support initiatives

Bridge and support the interests of individuals in our local area, as well as in our county and state

Inform and support the interests of members regarding issues, policy and items impacting our sustainability and growth
