Elk Cove Inn offers a taste of the world through a deep dive into the bounty of Mendocino.

From harvesting local mushrooms, homestead raised eggs, homemade cheese and local seafood, Chef Victor brings his world-class training and experience to Elk Cove. Born in Peru to a Spanish Mother and Sicilian Father, Chef Victor’s training and work took him around the world, including working alongside some of the worlds most renowned chefs, including Paul Bocuse, Edward Merard and Ferra Adria. Having owned big and small restaurants, Chef Victor highlights and elevates the beauty of fresh, local Mendocino bounty. His wife Melissa Boone is a Sommelier and responsible for curating the hyper-local wine list, along with creating pairing menus for guests.
