International White Wine Festival Winery Events
Saturday, February 15th

International White Wine Festival winery events surround the main event. The Grand Tasting will feature around 40 wineries from Northern California and special wines and guests from around the world, each offering their finest white wine selections. Guests will also enjoy an array of gourmet food bites, crafted to pair perfectly with the wines, alongside the talents of local musicians.
Stop by the sparkling wine tables to learn about bubbles made from white wine grapes. Visit the varietal tables and taste wines made by different producers from different wine regions. There will be so many great things to discover in February and this is one wine festival weekend you don’t want to miss!
One of the most exciting aspects of this event is the shared love for producing white wines from around the globe!
Maisons Marques & Domaines USA, Inc. (MMD) will share white wines from France, Italy, Spain, Canada, including producers like de Ladouctte, Marc Bredif, La Poussie, Regnard, Delas, Pio Cesare, Livio Felluga and Schlumberger.
Regal Wine Co. will present wines from the esteemed wine regions of Alsace, Loire, Mosel, Rhone, Champange, & Italy.
Wine & Spirits Purveyors Importers are distributors of Spanish and Italian wines will present wines made from Viura, Verdejo, Garnacha Blanca, Pedro Ximenez, and Pansal.
Wines of Mexico (represented by Vinitácora) will share wines from the top 5 wine producing regions in Mexico:
1. Baja California (Valle de Guadalupe) – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc.
2. Querétaro – Known for Chenin Blanc & Methode Champeniois (Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada, similar to Cava production)
3. Coahuila (Valle de Parras) – Chardonnay, Viognier. Fact: Home to the oldest winery in the Americas, Casa Madero (1597)
4. Guanajuato (Valle de la Independencia) & San Miguel de Allende: Sav. Blanc, Semillon, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier

International White Wine Festival winery events conclude on Sunday – Stock up on your favorites at participating wineries!
Meander along Highway 128 and stop at participating wineries for a little extra wine tasting, music, bites, tours, and special winery promotions. Advance reservations may be required. Some wineries will remain complimentary and others will charge. Learn more from each winery about their love for growing and producing white wines from Anderson Valley and other regions.
Anderson Valley was founded on white wine varietals planted in the 1960s by Edmeades & Husch, followed by Navarro Vineyards and Greenwood Ridge in the 1970s.
