Led by Executive Chef and Managing Partner Chef Julian, Left Coast follows the FLOSS philosophy, Fresh-Local-Organic-Sustainable-Seasonal. Born and raised in Mexico until the age of 16, Chef Julian emigrated to the US more than 20 years ago. Working his way up through the world of Bay Area Seafood restaurants from dishwasher to Executive Chef, Chef Julian joined Left Coast Seafood when it opened in December 2020.

Elk Cove Inn offers a taste of the world through a deep dive into the bounty of Mendocino.
From harvesting local mushrooms, homestead raised eggs, homemade cheese and local seafood, Chef Victor brings his world-class training and experience to Elk Cove. Born in Peru to a Spanish Mother and Sicilian Father, Chef Victor’s training and work took him around the world, including working alongside some of the worlds most renowned chefs, including Paul Bocuse, Edward Merard and Ferra Adria. Having owned big and small restaurants, Chef Victor highlights and elevates the beauty of fresh, local Mendocino bounty. His wife Melissa Boone is a Sommelier and responsible for curating the hyper-local wine list, along with creating pairing menus for guests.
Sustainably Farmed Caviar & Seafood Products
Pioneers of boutique American caviar production, Tsar Nicoulai focuses on producing delicious caviar without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones, GMO’s, or synthetic preservatives, all while upholding and advocating for the highest levels of sustainability.
Produced locally in Northern California, not only is Tsar Nicouali the only eco-certified caviar producer in the United States but they also use 100% of their harvest, offering flavorful Smoked Sturgeon and award winning Sturgeon Pate. Christina Jones, Anderson Valley renowned Chef and Culinary Ambassador for Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, will design a perfectly luxurious tasting to compliment the bright texture and fruit unique to AV Pinot Noir.
Sacred Rock Inn

Sacred Rock Inn is a boutique luxury inn & restaurant located on the picturesque Mendocino Coast. Offering rustic charm and modern amenities, the inn features Greenwood Restaurant and Elk House, overseen by Chef Ryan Seal.
The new Executive chef Ryan Seal, began his culinary journey at the CIA, followed by work at some of California’s most renowned restaurants, hotels and wineries. Notably, Chef Ryan worked for Chef Masaharu Morimoto in Napa, where he learned about Japanese ingredients, and fell in love with modern Italian cuisine while working at Michelin-starred SPQR in San Francisco.
At Sacred Rock Inn, Chef Ryan is excited to bring his culinary vision to life by celebrating the abundant seasonal offerings of the Mendocino Coast. With a focus on locally-sourced ingredients, he aims to create a true “sense of place” through his culinary creations.
Smokehouse and Butcher Shop
Co-owned by a Silicon Valley ex-aerospace instructor and an ex-private chef, the combination is perfect for smokehouse butcher culinary creativity. Roundmans is Mendocino’s only family-owned and operated smokehouse, producing and selling gourmet smoked fish, all natural meat and cheese, and offering an extensive fresh meat selection and smoked sausages for over 20 years.
Committed to sourcing from farmers who employ the highest quality of naturally raised, hormone and antibiotic-free farming practices, and they employ a no-added-nitrate approach to almost all of our smoked products. Roundmans is one of the few remaining North Bay family-owned USDA custom processing butchers.
They also feature Wild Alaskan Salmon and Wild Albacore, Ahi, and Cod, with a brown sugar and sea salt brine with no added nitrates. They use only top-quality cuts for their smoked sausages and are proud to smoke Rocky Junior all natural, free-range chickens. They look to Covelo, California, for H-Bench Ranch pasture-raised cattle that are grass-fed, grain-finished and all natural, hormone and antibiotic-free.
Little River Inn

Led by Le Cordon Bleu trained chef-de-cuisine Joe Perez, Little River Inn offers a menu that honors tradition while celebrating the best elements of modern fine dining. Where family hospitality meets fine cuisine, guests enjoy world-class views and cocktails in the historic Ole’s Whale Watch Bar (where whales are often spotted!) and dine in the historic dining room.
All rooms offer an ocean view, and a unique nine-hole golf course is tucked among the hills and redwoods, and presents unexpected challenges to golfers. It may be that the stunning ocean views distract first time players, or it may be a wandering deer crossing the putting green – this is an Audubon-certified sanctuary, after all.
Piaci Pub & Pizzeria
Serving artisanal pizzas with locally sourced ingredients since 2003, Piaci’s is a local and Pinot Fest favorite.
With deep roots in the community, Piaci’s owner Stephen Duerr supports local purveyors when sourcing the high-quality ingredients needed for their prized pizzas. Based in Fort Bragg, the restaurant is sought after by locals and they commit a focus to source local wine and craft beers.
This year Chef Gregorio Garcia will be debuting a new pizza designed just for the guests of Pinot Fest!
Boont Berry Farm

Specializing in local, organic, healthful and available food, Boont Berry is a staple of the Anderson Valley community.
With a background in botany and organic farming, Boont Berry’s main chef focuses on delicious, sustainable food while the crew, who have worked together for 30 years, keeps the flavors eclectic and innovative.
Boontberry caterers for many local winery events, and prepared food can be found at the Ukiah Cooperative Market.
