Little River Inn – Pinot Fest Food Artisan
Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Boutique AND Luxury Accommodation, Weddings & Special Events
Spectacular edge-of-the-world views, fine dining and five generations of family hospitality guide the world-class experience at Little River Inn.
Chef Sebastian brings a wealth of international culinary experience back to his roots. A graduate of Mendocino High School, he began his culinary journey in 2001 under Chef Naomi Schwartz in Gualala before moving to Canada, where he earned a degree in Cultural Anthropology from UBC and honed his craft in Vancouver’s dynamic restaurant scene.
From food trucks to fine dining, Sebastian explored diverse cuisines, culminating in his role as Sous Chef aboard the world-renowned Rocky Mountaineer train. His culinary adventures took him across Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and the Trans-Siberian Railway, deepening his passion for global flavors. Now, as Chef de Cuisine at the Little River Inn, he celebrates the bounty of the Mendocino Coast with a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach.
All rooms offer an ocean view, and a unique nine-hole golf course is tucked among the hills and redwoods, and presents unexpected challenges to golfers. It may be that the stunning ocean views distract first time players, or it may be a wandering deer crossing the putting green – this is an Audubon-certified sanctuary, after all.
