Winesong is the Mendocino Coast’s Premier Wine Auction Event!

Wine for Charity – Supporting our Wine Country Community

Winesong! a nationally recognized outdoor event – was voted one of USA TODAY’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Wine Festivals (Aug. 2019)! Like so many wine and fundraising events one of our favorites, Winesong, has transformed into an exciting, participatory virtual event for their 36th annual fundraiser in 2020.

If you have not attended Winesong before, it is the premier annual charity auction & wine + food tasting fundraising event on the Mendocino Coast & is produced by the Mendocino Coast Healthcare Foundation (MCHF). The Grand Tasting boasts nine tasting areas within the 47-acre Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, perched beautifully along the rugged Pacific coast and offers the opportunity to taste wine from over 120 of the best California wineries partnered with food and live music. The live auction is a unique and exciting way to support healthcare for visitors and locals alike along the Mendocino Coast and to date has raised over 8.5 million.

Anderson Valley wineries have been supporting Winesong since its inception in 1985. This year is no different. Our local wineries have stepped up and donated some fantastic wine lots to the online auction. This a great chance for you to bid on a selection of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir to add to your cellar while doing good for our extended community.

Anderson Valley Virtual Wine Tastings & Art Gallery

The virtual wine and art gallery is available now. The online auction begins Aug 30 and culminates with a LIVE broadcast on Winesong! Saturday, September 12th at 3 PM (PDT).

MCHF is committed to assisting Mendocino Coast healthcare organizations with funding for equipment and program support during this pandemic and into the next decades. Funds raised during Winesong are used to support our healthcare partners on the coast including:

  • First Responders
  • Our service community, including workers in the restaurant and lodging industries
  • The Coast’s elderly and tribal communities both of whom are facing increased exposure
  • Workers that support our local agriculture, parks and forests
